Janette Call, ACA, BC-HIS
Audioprosthologist
Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist
Janette has over 20 years of experience in the hearing healthcare field, getting her start in 1998 as a receptionist. Passionate about hearing even then, she worked to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist in 2003. Ten years later in 2013 she worked to complete her Audioprosthology certification, receiving it in 2014. If you ever want to chat about the hearing industry with someone, Janette is all ears.
In addition to her personal certifications, she also served as the President of the Missouri Hearing Society, served on the Board of Directors for Missouri Hearing Society, serves as a Board Member for the State of Missouri Board of Professional Registration for Hearing Instrument Specialist, and also served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with International Hearing Society. Needless to say, Janette is passionate about hearing solutions in the state of Missouri!
She always brings this passion to help everyone experience better hearing. Aside from her hearing practice, she loves to spend time with her family, camp, and watch birds. She also loves the sound of birds singing. After all, better hearing is better living.
Heather Hawthorne
Front Office Assistant
Heather is the smiling face that greets you in the office and is also the warm voice that greets you over the phone. As the front-of-office representative on our team, she is responsible for helping all of our customers with the basic needs for their hearing instruments. Heather helps out patients to schedule their appointments, she helps with supply sales, and even basic hearing aid troubleshooting.
While Janette is the Audioprosthologist and hearing expert, Heather is a jack of all trades in the front. Neither of us could do what we do without the other. That is why together we make such a great team!
Besides assisting our customers, Heather loves the outdoors and feeding the birds. She is an avid gardener, who loves to plant flowers and watch them grow. Just like Janette, she also loves the sounds of the birds singing nature’s songs. What’s your favorite sound?
