Our Expertise
Janette began her career in hearing healthcare in 1998 as a receptionist, quickly developing a passion for patient care. Over the years, she gained experience in every aspect of the field—from hearing aid repairs to office management—before pursuing her license as a Hearing Instrument Specialist in 2003.
Never one to stop learning, Janette went on to earn her Board Certification and, in 2014, completed her Audioprosthology certification—the highest level of training in her profession. With a strong commitment to continuing education and best practices, Janette ensures that every patient receives the highest level of care possible.

Meet the Call Family
Janette was born and raised in Perryville, where her strong family values and love for community began. She met her husband, David, in 1991 after his service in the U.S. Navy, and the two were married in 1992. Together, they have two children: Cody, an engineering manager living in Boise, Idaho, and Casey, who is finishing her senior year at Saxony Lutheran High School and planning to continue her pole-vaulting career in college. Family has always been at the heart of Better Hearing Solutions. Janette’s late mother, Doris, worked alongside her in the practice until her passing in 2010. The Call family enjoys traveling, camping, hiking, and spending time at the lake, and they bring that same sense of warmth and togetherness into their practice.
